Conducting Fieldwork in Zambia: Reflection and Feedback

30 July 2014

As a function of its Affiliation Programme, SAIPAR regularly hosts workshops for its visiting affiliates, inclusive of Master’s students and PhD candidates from various universities internationally. The second annual Reflect and Feedback Workshop will be held on 30th of July in 2014, in order to facilitate discussion amongst Masters and PhD students after conducting fieldwork in Zambia. Students will have the opportunity to share their projects and experiences with other PhD students working on a diverse range of topics within the social sciences. Each student will be given 15 minutes to present their work, followed by a 20 minute discussion with the group, which will also include senior scholars from a variety of disciplines.

To apply for this workshop, please email your CV and a brief (500 word) and extended (10 page) research proposal to the Director of Research and Programmes, Marja Hinfelaar at marja.hinfelaar@saipar.org.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
